Peter Dvorak – Board Chair
Mr. Dvorak is the founder and chairman of Pinnacle Asset Management, a private equity firm that assists entrepreneurs in growing successful companies. By providing capital and entrepreneurial expertise, he has helped dozens of businesses throughout the Midwest, with a focus on life science and technology ventures. As an active real estate investor for over twenty years, Mr. Dvorak has redeveloped historic apartment buildings, brownfield industrial sites, and built luxury condominiums. He has served as an officer and director for numerous not-for-profit and trade organizations, and is an active supporter of the arts, education, and youth sports.

Chris Bomba Sr. SWA, AAMS
Mr. Bomba has been employed at Hilliard Lyons since 2000 and is currently Senior Vice President where he manages money for individual clients and corporations. Mr. Bomba’s responsibilities include assisting individual clients navigate retirement and helping corporate clients to manage assets as well as to navigate change of control issues with the assistance from the Hilliard Lyons Investment Bankers and Trust Department. He previously worked for Eli Lilly on the U.S. Corporate Brand Team for the antipsychotic, Zyprexa, a multi-billion dollar product for Lilly. Mr. Bomba is a co-owner and treasurer of Parker Management a large Bloomington rental property owner and manager.

Denis Johnson
Mr. Johnson has extensive medical device operational leadership experience at a plant manager or higher level. His most recent position was as General Manager / Vice President of Operations for Boston Scientific, where he managed a site with over $500M in revenue. Prior to Boston Scientific, Mr. Johnson held management positons with Teradyne and Johnson and Johnson. Prior to that, he was an officer in the US Army for eight years. Mr. Johnson holds a B.S. of Economics from the University of Wisconsin, and a MBA from the University of South Carolina

Andrew DeNardo, M.D. – Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer
Dr. DeNardo been an Interventional Neuroradiologist since 1994. He has extensive clinical experience in treatment of cerebral vascular disorders including aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, acute stroke, as well as vertebral augmentation of compression fractures. Dr. DeNardo holds patents in vascular flow remodeling, vascular closure and spine reinforcement devices. He is the Co-Founder of Morris Innovative Inc. and presently is employed by Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine where he has been a practicing physician since 2000. He has also serve as a consultant with Micrus Endovascular a company that manufactures, and markets implantable and disposable medical devices for the treatment of cerebral vascular diseases. Dr. DeNardo graduated from Temple University School of Medicine and has a BA in Chemistry from University of Virginia.

Ed Morris – Founder
Mr. Morris is a serial entrepreneur with over 10 years of executive experience leading early-to-mid stage medical device companies. Prior to Spinicity, Ed led three prior medical device companies, Innovative Surgical Designs, Morris Innovative, and Avaitech. Mr. Morris has successfully led a number of medical device technologies through the FDA regulatory process. He has significant experience in designing and implementing clinical studies, as well as orchestrating the commercial launch of several minimally invasive medical devices. Director since March 2002. Mr. Morris has played a key role in the advancement of Morris Innovative from inception to initial market launch in 2009. Mr. Morris earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.

Tim Tichenor
Mr. Tichenor is President of T.I.S. College Bookstore, and has 20 years of experience in building businesses and investing capital in new opportunities. He takes a hands-on approach, leveraging his experience in direct to consumer marketing and distribution as well and his experience in human resources and finance.
