Tim Boeglin J.D
Mr. Boeglin is currently the Managing Partner for Upland Development Group, LLC, a Bloomington-based real estate development firm specializing in mixed-use and adaptive reuse development projects. He is also a Principal and Senior Vice President of Indianapolis-based Key Auctioneers, a regional provider of comprehensive real estate and business assets disposition services for secured creditors. Prior to Mr. Boeglin’s work with Upland and Key, he was a Visiting Clinical Associate Professor of Law and founding director of the Indiana University Elmore Entrepreneurship Law Clinic. From 1987 to 2003, he established and led several multimillion dollar companies, including XJD Corp., which grew to be the nation’s largest seller of promotional mouse pads. Mr. Boeglin is 1984 graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and practiced at Wildman Harrold in Chicago.
Chris Bomba Sr. SWA, AAMS
Mr. Bomba has been employed at Hilliard Lyons since 2000 and is currently Senior Vice President where he manages money for individual clients and corporations. Mr. Bomba’s responsibilities include assisting individual clients navigate retirement and helping corporate clients to manage assets as well as to navigate change of control issues with the assistance from the Hilliard Lyons Investment Bankers and Trust Department. He previously worked for Eli Lilly on the U.S. Corporate Brand Team for the antipsychotic, Zyprexa, a multi-billion dollar product for Lilly. Mr. Bomba is a co-owner and treasurer of Parker Management a large Bloomington rental property owner and manager.
Andrew DeNardo, M.D. - Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer
Director since 2002. Dr. DeNardo is a staff neuroradiologist, specializing in diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. DeNardo completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia in Chemistry and received his M.D. from Temple University. Dr. DeNardo completed his Radiology residency and a fellowship in Diagnostic and Interventional Neuroradiology at the University of Virginia.
William F. McConnell, Jr.
Director since 2011. Mr. McConnell has more than 40 years’ experience, most recently as President, CEO and Director of FlowCo. Inc., a medical device startup company. Previous positions include Sr. Vice President at Boston Scientific Cardiac Rhythm Management, responsible for the U.S. sales global marketing and global strategy for the $2.6 billion division and member of Boston Scientific’s Executive Committee. Prior to Boston Scientific Mr. McConnell was VP and CIO of Guidant Corporation, Managing Partner at Arthur Andersen and Sr. Vice President and CIO of Resort Condominiums International.
Peter Dvorak
Mr. Dvorak is the founder and chairman of Pinnacle Asset Management, a private equity
firm that assists entrepreneurs in growing successful companies. By providing capital
and entrepreneurial expertise, he has helped dozens of businesses throughout the
Midwest, with a focus on life science and technology ventures.
As an active real estate investor for over twenty years, Mr. Dvorak has redeveloped
historic apartment buildings, brownfield industrial sites, and built luxury condominiums.
He has served as an officer and director for numerous not-for-profit and trade
organizations, and is an active supporter of the arts, education, and youth sports.
